Manage your profile, notification preferences, and account details from the Settings page.
Accessing settings
Click your profile icon or name in the sidebar, then select Settings. Or navigate to Settings directly from the sidebar menu.
Profile information
Update these personal details:
- Name — displayed on your dashboard
- Date of birth — used to show your age on projection charts
- State or territory — used for stamp duty calculations and state-specific tax rules
- Has private health cover — toggles the Medicare levy surcharge in tax calculations
Email reminders
JettWorth sends a monthly email reminder on the 1st of each month if you haven't taken a snapshot recently. Toggle these on or off in Settings.
Notification preferences
Control which emails you receive:
- Snapshot reminders — monthly nudge to update your numbers
- Product updates — new features and changes (low frequency)
Data and privacy
Your financial data is stored securely and is never shared with third parties. From Settings you can:
- Export your data — download a copy of all your financial records
- Delete your account — permanently remove all your data (see Deleting your account)
Your data is keyed off an anonymous user ID, not your name or email. Even JettWorth staff can't browse individual user data.
Tip: Keep your date of birth, state, and private-health-cover flag up to date. These feed into tax calculations and projection charts, so incorrect values affect your results.
